The courtyard as a second room
The courtyard stays for people and planting: historic trees, playgrounds, and bicycle parking. Cars sit at the edge of the quarter, not in the middle of the garden.
Materials that speak softly
Turnkey includes a kitchen. Oak, ash, birch, and walnut on floors, doors, kitchen fronts, and built-in furniture. Stone, metal, and glass stay matte and tactile.
